T3 Performance and Coach Andrew Means are excited to partner with University of Michigan Baseball to bring an exclusive Youth Baseball Camp to right here in Avon, Ohio! This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to train under University of Michigan Coaches Ty Neal and Joe Donovan, Coach Andrew Means, and Ryan Rua of the T3 Warhawks.
Players will dive deep into fielding techniques, sharpen their hitting mechanics, and master baserunning strategies, all while gaining a competitive edge in game IQ.
Camp Info:
Grades 3-5: 5:00-7:00pm
Check in begins at 4:30PM, camp ends at 7PM. University of Michigan Coaches Ty Neal and Joe Donovan will have a “chalk talk” session with grades 3-5 parents/players following their camp for approximately 15 minutes.
Grades 6-8: 7:00-9:30PM

MEET THE COACHES:
COACH TY NEAL
Coach Ty Neal brings a wealth of experience to the camp. He has coached at several Division-I programs, including Indiana University and Cincinnati, where he was the head coach. As Indiana’s pitching coach and recruiting coordinator, Neal helped lead the Hoosiers to the 2013 College World Series and developed nine future MLB players, including Kyle Schwarber. He was instrumental in building multiple top 10 recruiting classes and led Indiana to Big Ten championships. Neal also developed Ian Happ, a key player for the Chicago Cubs, during his tenure at Cincinnati.

COACH JOE DONOVAN
Joe Donovan is a Michigan alumnus and former professional catcher who played for the Cleveland Guardians. A standout at Michigan, Donovan contributed to the Wolverines’ run to the 2019 College World Series, bringing his leadership and high-level experience to the camp. His professional experience with the Guardians adds extra credibility to the instructional value Donovan will offer.
