You’ll receive regular, bi-weekly coaching calls (video calls if you prefer) to talk through your latest progress, the challenges you face, and next steps for conquering them.

On-the-Go Advice Through a Mobile App

Stay connected to your plan anywhere, anytime. Our app provides the flexibility and support you need to stay focused on your goals. Message your coach directly throughout the week. Track your food and meals and watch yourself make progress in real-time.

Your coach holds a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition and is a Board Certified Wellness Coach through the Mayo Clinic. She also has about a decade’s worth of experience helping hundreds of clients like you to reach their goals.  

Better Body Data Through SECA Scans

The SECA is a state-of-the-art body scanning tool. It offers a clear and accurate assessment of your body’s lean muscle, body fat and bone density. These scans are far superior just stepping on a scale because they allow us to better understand the changes going on in your body. We’ll record your progress with regular monthly scans throughout the program. Each scan might cost $50 or more at some other gym, but you receive them FREE when you enroll in T3 Nutrition Coaching.

While not required, you can choose to also train your body at T3 Performance. In fact, you can receive a FREE 12-week T3 training program while you train with our Open Gym membership.
