T3 serves as a second home for many college athletes. We’ve trained hundreds of competitors at the Division I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA levels.
College Athlete training classes are available every day of the week. In these classes, you’ll train alongside other top-caliber athletes from throughout the region. And you have the opportunity to work on your sport skills within our two-building campus.

What happens during T3’s College Athlete Training Classes?
Each training session is 90 minutes long, and includes:
A dynamic warm up, to get the body activated and ready to perform.
A high output speed session, where we focus on getting faster in all directions.
Power development, which develops explosiveness through jumps and lifts.
Strength development, including fundamental lifts all athletes need.
“Building the armor,” which focuses on accessory movements that build a more durable athlete.
Plus, every Wednesday includes an active recovery session focused on mobility. These sessions address common trouble spots and help athletes stay healthy.
College Athlete Class Schedule
Classes are available every weekday, Monday-Friday.
Class Times:
8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (May — August)
7 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (June — August)
(Put another way: In May there is 1 class time, at 8 a.m. Beginning in June, there are two class start times, at 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.)

Athletes from all sports are welcome. We’ve trained hundreds of college athletes from nearly every sport, and who compete at every division, level and conference.

Classes last 90 minutes, and include a dynamic warm-up, speed training, and then three training blocks for power, strength and accessory lifts.

Beginning in May, college athlete training classes start at 8 a.m. and happen on every weekday.
Throughout June, July and August, we’ll have both 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. class times available.

All classes are led by our staff of qualified trainers — many of whom competed at the college level. They understand the need of high-level athletes like you, and know how to help you improve.

College Athlete Training is available at $200 per month, billable on a month-to-month basis.
We do prorate the bill for your specific start date.

Yes. In addition to our group athlete training packages, we also offer personal training for athletes. Speak with one of our trainers or schedule an evaluation if interested.
