If you’re a collegiate athlete, no matter what sport you play, T3 Performance can help you improve. We know what college athletes need to continue developing speed, strength, power and agility.

T3 serves as a second home for many college athletes. We’ve trained hundreds of competitors at the Division I, II and III, NAIA and NJCAA levels.

College Athlete training classes are available every day of the week. In these classes, you’ll train alongside other top-caliber athletes from throughout the region. And you have the opportunity to work on your sport skills within our two-building campus.

What happens during T3’s College Athlete Training Classes? 

Each training session is 90 minutes long, and includes:

  • A dynamic warm up, to get the body activated and ready to perform. 

  • A high output speed session, where we focus on getting faster in all directions. 

  • Power development, which develops explosiveness through jumps and lifts. 

  • Strength development, including fundamental lifts all athletes need. 

  • “Building the armor,” which focuses on accessory movements that build a more durable athlete. 

Plus, every Wednesday includes an active recovery session focused on mobility. These sessions address common trouble spots and help athletes stay healthy.

College Athlete Class Schedule

Classes are available every weekday, Monday-Friday.

Class Times:

8 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. (May — August)

7 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. (June — August)

(Put another way: In May there is 1 class time, at 8 a.m. Beginning in June, there are two class start times, at 7 a.m. and 8 a.m.)
