Young or new players can learn the fundamentals of soccer in a safe, welcoming and fun environment. Older or more advanced players can sharpen their foot skills and deceptive dribbling, develop a better first touch, and finish (shoot) the ball with strength and confidence.

Developmental Focus Areas for T3 Soccer Lessons
Dribbling Technique: Players learn to navigate the field with the ball. We cover change of direction skill and speed.
Passing Accuracy: We teach athletes to get the ball to their teammate’s foot will better control and placement.
First Touch: Players develop the ability to settle the ball quickly and transition to their next move.
Field Awareness: Our coaches help players “see the bigger picture” on the field, anticipate where the ball is going, and make better movements off the ball.
Shooting Technique: Strike the ball with greater precision and power, even under pressure.
Ball Mastery: Over time, players develop more comfort with the ball. Our coaches encourage skillful and creative play.
About Our Soccer Coaches
Coach Tommaso Favro
Tommaso is a T3 Performance coach who specializes in Soccer Skills. He came to Ohio from Milan, Italy to attend and compete in soccer at Tiffin University. Tommy is also a former NPSL player, USL 2 player, and earned a Los Angeles Galaxy II tryout. He has coached for Liverpool International Academy and Champions Camp. In addition to his work at T3 Performance, today Tommy is a club soccer coach for North FC.
Coach emily oswald
Emily earned her degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management with a Master’s in Nutrition from Cleveland State and Ohio University. She was a multi-sport athlete who competed in soccer, softball, bowling and golf. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach through the American Council of Exercise.
Coach Maddie Hofmann
Maddie is a T3 Performance coach who works with several club teams on strength and conditioning. She also offers training on goalkeeping and footskills. Maddie played soccer for four years at Baldwin Wallace University, where she also earned a degree in Exercise Science.
