Bob Beck
DIRECTOR OF BASEBALL & HITTING INSTRUCTOR

Bob Beck has been a baseball coach since 1998. His travel teams have competed in top level tournaments from ages 8u to 18u. As a coach and private instructor, Coach Beck has instructed thousands of baseball players on the fundamentals of the game of baseball in regards to hitting, fielding, and throwing. His specialty is in the area of hitting. Coach Beck uses video analysis to break down his player’s swing mechanics using side-by-side comparisons with major league players.
Coach Beck has worked as a volunteer hitting instructor with the Avon Lake Shoremen varisty baseball team and has conducted video analysis with the Oberlin College baseball team. He also creates player profile YouTube videos for college baseball recruiting (see "T3-TV" above). A huge aspect of Coach Beck’s teaching philosophy is preparing players to deal with the mental aspect of the game, which is so important in order to be successful.

Ryan Rua
DIRECTOR OF BASEBALL & HITTING INSTRUCTOR

Ryan played 8 years of Professional baseball. He was drafted in the 17th round of the 2011 major league draft by the Texas Rangers. He was the MLB All-Star in 2013 and 2014. From 2014-2018 he played outfield and first base with the Rangers. Ryan attended Lake Erie College, where he also played baseball.
Michael Burke
HITTING & PITCHING INSTRUCTOR

Michael graduated from St. Ignatius High School in 2010. He attended State University of New York in Buffalo from 2010-2014, where he played baseball as SS/RHP and was awarded First Team All MAC and First Team All Region. He was drafted by the Baltimore Orioles in 2014, where he played for five seasons.
Kody Bledsoe
HITTING INSTRUCTOR

Kody played baseball at Lake Erie College from 2015-2017 and graduated from Indiana University of Kokomo in 2019 with his Bachelors Degree in Sports Management and Business. He was the starting Shortstop at LEC with a career batting AVG over .330. At Indiana, he was the starting Shortstop and Third Basemen with a batting AVG over .300.
Andrew Abrahamowicz

Andrew attended Elyria Catholic High School where he had many baseball accolades. He started his college career with Nebraska where he played a big role out of their bullpen. He then transferred to Bowling Green State where he was a 3-year starter and the ace of their staff.

Savannah Maynard

Savannah attended Kansas City Kansas where she received many accomplishments such as: Multiple KJCCC D2 Player of the Week awards, Regional Champion (2022) and finished 4th at the College World Series in Alabama (2022).

Riley is a former Division 1 softball player from Coastal Carolina University. She graduated in 2024 with a degree in Recreation and Sport Management.

Dale Rodick
DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL TRAINING

Dale is the Director of Football Operations at T3 Performance. He created our Horsepower program, which incorporates football-specific speed and strength training for middle school, high school and collegiate athletes. He is also the founder of the T3 Football Skills Camp, an opportunity for high school and college athletes to perfect skills and compete weekly at T3. Dale has worked with football players from middle school to professional. He specializes in Offensive and Defensive line training, but has experience with RB, LB, DB, and WR as well. He started his collegiate football career at Lake Erie College playing offensive guard and center. He then transferred to John Carroll University where he won an OAC championship in 2016 and received his Bachelors in Exercise Science degree in 2018. In 2021, Dale completed his Master’s in Exercise Science Degree with a concentration in sport performance from Cleveland State University.
Zach D’Orazio
QUARTERBACK COACH

Zach played for the New England Patriots for the 2015 season. He has multiple years of personal training experience with high school and college players. Zach was one of the top ranked quarterbacks in the state coming out of Cuyahoga Heights high school. Three-year starter at The University of Akron. Team Captain, finished career with 119 career catches for over 1500 yards in 27 games. Sixth all-time in career receptions.
Reginald Lander

Reginald graduated from Baldwin Wallace University with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and Finance. He played football at Baldwin Wallace from 2016-2020. He is a strength and conditioning coach at T3, as well as a football coach, focusing on the positions of Wide Receiver, Running Back and Defensive Back.
Michael Smosny

Michael graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Business. He was a four-year letterman in football as a linebacker. He was also in the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society in 2019. Michael went to High School at Elyria High School, where he achieved all-county, all-conference and honorable mention all-state. He holds his USAW Level 1 certification and is a strength and conditioning coach at Mount Union.
Stevie Tracy

Stevie is the Director of Onsite Training at T3 Performance. He is a 2017 Mount Union Graduate. He graduated with his bachelor degree in Exercise Science. He was a 3-year letterman of the Mount Union football team, the 2015 DIII National Champions. He was named to the 2017 National Football Foundation & College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society. Stevie began his career with T3 Performance as a college intern in 2016, where he has gained experience training athletes of all ages and skill levels. Stevie is currently a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Mount Union along with his training at T3, which includes teams, athletes, adults, personal training, speed training and football-specific training. Stevie holds his CSCS certification through the NSCA.
Trevor Morrison

Trevor received his Bachelor’s of Science from John Carroll University (2019), is a certified personal trainer (CPT), is a FRC certified mobility specialist (FRCms), and defensive lineman skills coach. He has worked a wide variety of athletes including - college football players, MMA fighters, marathon runners, bodybuilders, and police force members online and in person since 2019. Trevor played football at Mentor High School where he was a 3 year letter winner, all conference, all county, all district, and won 2014 defensive lineman of the year. He started his college career at Mercyhurst University, then finished his career at John Carroll where he was 2 year letter winner, and part of a defensive line that led the entire NCAA in sacks(2018).
