Sessions are offered in 30 and 60-minute increments, depending on your schedule and availability.

 

How much do sessions cost?

Sessions are generally $40-$45 per half-hour. We have multiple package options to fit your needs.

What is covered in a discovery session? ($40)

During your discovery session we will take you through a workout based on your needs and goals.  Think of this workout is like getting on the highway, we will go slow at first and then speed up, and increase the intensity as we build our work capacity for training.  After the session we will sit down and create a roadmap for your goals and schedule out future workouts!
