Frequently Asked Questions

  • To ensure you have a convenient time to train, T3 offers 23 options for Bootcamp classes every single week.

    Our current schedule is as follows:

    Monday: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m.

    Tuesday: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 6 p.m.

    Wednesday: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 4 p.m., 6 p.m.

    Thursday: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 6 p.m.

    Friday: 6 a.m., 8 a.m., 9 a.m., 4 p.m.

    Saturday: 8 a.m., 9 a.m.

    Sunday: 9 a.m.

  • Classes last up to 60 minutes.

    During that time, you’ll get a proper warm-up to help you feel your best and avoid injury.

    Sessions also include core strength and functional movement blocks to ensure your body is ready to go from head to toe.

    From there, training sessions include highly efficient strength training blocks. Exercises can be scaled up or down to meet your needs. We perform high intensity interval training with low-impact moves to get your heart rate up and help you burn calories even after you leave.

    Best of all, no two classes are the same. You’ll find a new challenge waiting for you every day.

  • Your Bootcamp class membership gives you access to as many classes as you want!

    Feel free to attend as many classes as you like. However, you don’t need to attend lots of classes to get great results. We’ve seen people transform their bodies by attending just 2-3 sessions per week.

  • Bootcamp members also get FREE access to a T3 Open Gym Membership. This means you are free to use the equipment in the Adult Gym facility anytime during our regular hours. That’s a $60 value you get at no extra cost!

    In addition, T3 Bootcamp members get monthly access to our SECA/DEXA scanning machine, a state-of-the-art unit capable of providing accurate weight and body composition measurements. The machine works like any other scale, but provides far better insights into your progress over time.

  • Your membership price can vary based on which package you select. Choose from a 3-month, 6-month or 12-month membership starting at $125 per month. Session packs are also available for purchase.

  • T3 Bootcamp members range in age from early 20s to late 50s. Some are former athletes, others are completely new to training. All are welcome.

  • While results will vary by person, Bootcamp members have lost weight, gained muscle, and improved their cardiovascular fitness. Some have used this to fuel accomplishments like running races or climbing mountains. Others just enjoy the many benefits of being fitter and stronger everyday.

  • Efficiency.

    A lot of people think they need to strength train to build muscle, do a spin class for cardio, and take a yoga class for flexibility. T3 Bootcamp members often find that their strength, conditioning and range of motion improve simultaneously.

  • Yes! Family members of athletes who have an active membership get a 10% discount off their Bootcamp membership.
