This Speed & Agility Class is specifically for Youth Football Players to improve their on-field performance. This will be a non-contact training class for athletes ages 7\-12.

• Speed Mechanics

• Agility and Quickness

• On-Field Coordination

• Footwork for Football

*Footballs will be incorporated in the class. Athletes may wear cleats or tennis shoes. 

Times: TUESDAYS & THURSDAYs, 4:00-5:00pm

1X/week (6-Classes): $100

2x/ week (12-classes): $165
