Two Programs, One Standard

Choose the right fit for your player

We offer two program levels so you can choose the right fit for your player's experience. Please note that players cannot turn 9 before May 1, 2027.

Rookie Sluggers (7U) is built for players getting their first taste of travel baseball. Teams play an approximately 16-game schedule in the Lorain County Hot Stove League using a coach and kid pitch combination, giving newer players a comfortable introduction to the game. One local tournament is included, making this the perfect starting point for young athletes.

Sluggers (7U/8U) is designed for players who are ready for travel ball. Teams play a 16 to 22 game schedule in the CVBA League with kid pitch only, offering a more competitive experience for athletes who have the fundamentals down. One local tournament is included.

Registration

Open enrollment, no tryouts

Registration for the 2027 season opens July 17 and closes October 31. This is open enrollment with no tryouts. All skill levels are welcome, and every player has a place on a T3 Sluggers team.

When you register, you can request to be placed on a specific team if one is already formed, or you can register as a free agent and be assigned to a team. If you are interested in becoming a head coach, contact Coach Means at coachmeans@t3athlete.com.

Schedule

preseason indoor practice

Prepare for the season with 8 pre-scheduled indoor practices at state-of-the-art T3 Performance facilities, running from late February through late April. Teams practice once per week, and coaches may schedule up to 4 additional team practices to sharpen skills before opening day. All practices are held at T3 Performance in Avon and Lorain.

Baseball Season

The game season begins in late April or early May and runs through late June or early July. Home games and practices are held at Campana Park and Oakwood Park.
