Heather Clapacs has been working in the sports performance world for over 10 years. She graduated with her bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University in 2008. She was a member of the Women’s soccer team from 2004-2007, where she was team captain all 4 years. She received several accolades such as all-league honors including freshman newcomer team and 1st and 2nd team all-conference. Heather continued to be a part of the women’s soccer team as a grad assistant coach while she got her Masters in Exercise Science. Heather has worked with several professional athletes, numerous local club and high school teams as well as athletes ages 6 years old all the way to the collegiate level.
