This camp breaks down the fundamentals of throwing, from grip and footwork to arm action and follow-through, giving athletes a strong foundation to build on. Players are split into two age-appropriate groups so instruction matches their development, then work on the throwing skills that show up in every defensive position: a quick, clean transfer from glove to hand, accuracy to the intended target, and the arm strength to make the throw. Throughout, the camp emphasizes safe throwing habits that build arm strength while lowering the risk of injury, so players leave with better mechanics and healthier arms. This camp will be led by T3 Coach, Joe Wilkins.
