Join us for a FREE 1-hour speed clinic designed to help athletes improve their acceleration, agility, and overall performance. This session will focus on proper running mechanics, explosive movement drills, and techniques used by top-level athletes. Whether an athlete is looking to gain a competitive edge or build confidence in their speed, this clinic offers valuable instruction in a high-energy environment.
Times:
9:00-10:00 AM: Ages 12-18
10:00-11:00 AM: Ages 8-11
