The Murph Challenge is a tradition that helps push us, humble us, and allows us the opportunity to dedicate a bit of pain and sweat to honor LT. Michal P. Murphy (SEAL) and all of our fallen service members who sacrificed everything they had for our freedom.
What is the challenge?
1 Mile Run | 100 Pull Ups | 200 Push Ups | 300 Squats | 1 Mile Run
*Modified versions will be available for every fitness level.

9:00AM: National Anthem & Official Start
