Lineman Training: BEACHWOOD
Lineman training designed for those who want to take it to the next level -
Led by Coach Adam Riegler, athletes will develop key fundamentals for offensive and defensive linemen, including:
Speed
Footwork
Proper technique
Mental growth and understanding of the game
Athletes will train alongside premier competitors from across Northeast Ohio. If you want to be the best, come train with the best.
Dates: Thursdays, February 5-June 25
Times:
Offensive Line - 7:00-8:00pm
Defensive Line - 8:00-9:00pm
Ages: 14+
Cost: $45 for a single session, $500 for 16 sessions
