4-Week Speed Camp: Beachwood

This camp is where training and fun come together. Age-appropriate sessions will leave each session stronger and smiling.

Camp Will Focus on:

• linear acceleration development

• increasing reaction time

• lateral movement patterns

• change of direction

• Injury prevention

• Thursdays, September 4 - September 25

• Ages 8 - 12: 6:00pm - 7:00pm

• Ages 13 - 18: 7:00pm - 9:00pm
