This 6-week program is all about hitting and is built to help athletes improve & perfect their swing, improve discipline at the plate & pitch selection, and boost overall hitting power and hitting metrics.

• Week 1: January 25, 12 pm-2 pm

• Week 2: February 1, 1 pm-3 pm

• Week 3: February 8, 12 pm-2 pm

• Week 4: February 15, 12 pm-2 pm

• Week 5: February 22, 11 am -1 pm

• Week 6: March 1, 1 pm-3 pm
