T3 Performance launched in 2009 to help athletes in varying sports reach their full potential. At T3, we believe that there are several factors preventing athletes from performing at their highest level. One hindrance is that there’s a lack of consistency in their training schedules throughout the on and off seasons. Additionally, many athletes work hard, but not smart. They train incorrectly, which can result in reverse effects and even injury. Our ultimate goal is to maximize performance results for each of our athletes by providing them with effective and progressive training methods in a positive atmosphere.

While many athletes set out to rise above their competition, the lessons they learn along the way undoubtedly translate into their everyday lives.
