Ryan Richmond

Director of Offsite Training & Internship Program

  • Ryan is the Director of Offsite Training at T3 Performance. He graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a degree in Exercise Physiology/Pre-Physical Therapy. While attending Concordia University Wisconsin, Ryan played hockey for the Falcons (NCAA Division III). After his collegiate playing career, Ryan went on to coach for Concordia as an assistant. Following his time at Concordia University, he obtained a Masters in Applied Exercise Science with a focus in Sports Nutrition. He is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as USA Weightlifting as a Sports Performance Coach.

    Ryan has worked with a variety of athletes and sports from middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional levels. He has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Parisi Speed School, Milwaukee Phoenix Hockey Club, OIC Elite Training, Germantown Ice Bears, Cleveland Gladiators, University of Mount Union, and T3 Performance.

James DiBiasio

Executive Director

  • James Graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Human Health and Kinetics and minors in Education and Psychology. At OWU, James was a 4-year starter for the baseball team, and 2-time All NCAC selection. During his freshman season, he was awarded the NCAC Newcomer of the Year award. James also played football at Ohio Wesleyan during his final semester, helping the team win their first conference championship in over 25 years. James spent two summers playing with the Ironmen in the Prospect league, earned a spot on the All-Star team, and was selected as the First Team All Prospect League Second Basemen. He graduated from Westlake High School in 2008 with a 3-time all SWC selection, and was named to the Mizuno All-Ohio team for baseball.

Eric Cook

Director of Community Outreach

  • Eric was a 2-year letterman for Avon Lake High School Football, where he served as a team captain and earned All-Lorain County. After high school, Eric was a top recruit for the University of Mount Union football team, where he went on to win multiple National Championships. Post College, Eric became a competitive distance runner and triathlete. He has been training at T3 Performance since 2009 and specializes in lower back injuries. Eric is a functional and human movement specialist with experience in various settings including Corporate Fitness, High level academic institutions, Sports teams, & US military. He is certified through the American Council on Exercise.

Stevie Tracy

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Stevie is the Director of Onsite Training at T3 Performance. He is a 2017 Mount Union Graduate. He graduated with his bachelor degree in Exercise Science. He was a 3-year letterman of the Mount Union football team, the 2015 DIII National Champions. He was named to the 2017 National Football Foundation & College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society. Stevie began his career with T3 Performance as a college intern in 2016, where he has gained experience training athletes of all ages and skill levels. Stevie is currently a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Mount Union along with his training at T3, which includes teams, athletes, adults, personal training, speed training and football-specific training. Stevie holds his CSCS certification through the NSCA.

Pete Christofferson

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Coach Pete graduated from Cleveland State with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. And he was a collegiate national weightlifting qualifier for the Vikings.


    Pete has over 8 years of coaching experience at the high school and collegiate level. He has coached at Brunswick High School, Lake Erie College, and Robert Morris University. He was also the Head Strength and Conditioning at Bryant and Stratton college for all sports.

    Pete specializes in Strength, Mobility, Speed and Vertical Jump training.

Zack Bires

Performance Coach

  • Zack is a graduate of Defiance College, where he played baseball and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. He currently attends Cleveland State University to pursue his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Zack is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA, as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) through the Board of Certifications. He is licensed to practice as an Athletic Trainer in the State of Ohio and has completed strength and conditioning internships at both Defiance College and Cressey Sports Performance.

Morgan Rerko

Performance Coach

  • Morgan is a graduate of Cleveland State University, 2015-2019 with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Education and majored in Exercise Science. He is a 2-year starter in college club baseball. He played baseball at Lakewood High School from 2011-2015 and was an honorable Mention, All South Western Conference. Morgan is currently a competitive weight lifter and holds his USAW Level 1 Certification.

Michael Smosny

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Michael graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Business. He was a four-year letterman in football as a linebacker. He was also in the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society in 2019. Michael went to High School at Elyria High School, where he achieved all-county, all-conference and honorable mention all-state. He holds his USAW Level 1 certification and is a strength and conditioning coach at Mount Union.

Collin Taylor (CT)

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • CT earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Broadcasting with a minor in Communications from Indiana University. He also played football at Indiana. CT has his training certifications in A.C.E. and is also USAW certified. He has been a coach at T3 and has continued his education with T3 Performance over the past two years. After Collin graduated in 2009 he played Professional Arena Football for 7 years. His last 3 seasons were spent with the Cleveland Gladiators, where he led the team in receiving yards over the course of those 3 years.

Zanny Sauter

Performance Coach

  • Zanny graduated from the University of Mount Union in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training, and minors in Psychology and Exercise Science. She was a 3-year letter winner on the Women's Basketball Team at Mount Union. While at Mount Union she worked with many athletic teams including, the Men's LAX, Wrestling, Women's Soccer, & Baseball teams. She graduated from Avon High School in 2016 where she played basketball and soccer. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer in the state of Ohio through the Board of Certifications.

Mia Rader

Performance coach & Facility manager

  • Mia earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management at Ashland University where she was a member of the lacrosse team. While at Ashland she coached youth lacrosse and basketball. She graduated from Butler High School (PA) where she also played basketball and ran track & field. Mia has experience training individuals at the high school and college levels. Mia is USAW Level 1 Certified Coach

Frank Rusiecki

Performance Coach

  • Frank graduated from Cleveland State University with honors (Cum Laude), earning a Bachelors of Education in Exercise Science. While pursuing his degree, he took part in several internships at various fitness facilities. He participated in several different sports and athletic competitions including football, wrestling, track and field, bodybuilding, powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting. Frank has experience training individuals of all ages and skill levels.

Dale Rodick II

DIRECTOR OF FOOTBALL TRAINING

  • Dale is the Director of Football Operations at T3 Performance. He created our Horsepower program, which are football specific speed and strength sessions for middle school, high school and college athletes. In addition, he is the founder of the T3 Football Skills Camp, an opportunity for high school and college athletes to perfect skills and compete on a weekly basis at T3. Dale has worked with football players from the middle school level to professional. He specializes in Offensive and Defensive line training, but has experience with RB, LB, DB, and WR as well. He started his collegiate football career at Lake Erie College playing offensive guard and center. He then transferred to John Carroll University where he won an OAC championship in 2016 and received his Bachelors in Exercise Science degree in 2018. In 2021, Dale completed his Master’s in Exercise Science Degree with a concentration in sport performance from Cleveland State University.

Heather Clapacs

DIRECTOR OF PERFORMANCE

  • Heather Clapacs has been working in the sports performance world for over 10 years. She graduated with her bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University in 2008. She was a member of the Women’s soccer team from 2004-2007, where she was team captain all 4 years. She received several accolades such as all-league honors including freshman newcomer team and 1st and 2nd team all-conference. Heather continued to be a part of the women’s soccer team as a grad assistant coach while she got her Masters in Exercise Science. Heather has worked with several professional athletes, numerous local club and high school teams as well as athletes ages 6 years old all the way to the collegiate level.

Will Harnar

Performance Coach

  • Will received a Bachelor’s Degree (2008) in Strength and Conditioning; and has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) since 2009.  Will has over 10 years of coaching experience ranging from the private sector to the collegiate level.  He has worked with athletes of all ages to enhance their athletic capabilities and push them to compete at their highest level.  Will played collegiate football for the University of Findlay from 2004-2007; in which time, he was a 4-year letter winner, started 33 consecutive games and was voted team captain by his peers in his senior season which yielded him All-League Honors in 2007.   

Zachary Santoro

Performance Coach

  • Zachary graduated from Notre Dame College in 2019 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management and a Minor in Coaching. He is currently studying at Notre Dame College to complete a Masters’ in Education with a focus in Mild/ Moderate Intervention. After graduating, Zachary instructed at Notre Dame College as a Graduate Assistant from 2019-2021 and was a coaching assistant for Ohio Elite Collegiate Baseball in 2020. Zach graduated from Clinton Massie High School in 2015. While there, he was played football, basketball and baseball. He was a part of two state title teams for football in 2012 & 2013, while winning 10 varsity letters across the three sports, and two four-year awards in football and baseball.

Reginald Lander

Performance Coach

  • Reginald is a graduate of Baldwin Wallace University, where he majored in Business Management and Finance. He played football for 4 years as a Wide Receiver and Tight End. Reginald also earned his MBA in 2021. He attended West Carrollton High School, where he graduated in 2016. He played linebacker, receiver, and safety and he was a 2-year captain in both Football and Basketball.

Mason LeVasseur

Performance Coach

  • Mason graduated from South Walton High School in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. He attended Baldwin Wallace University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Biology. At BW, he played Linebacker on the BW Football Team. He is certified in CPR and Personal Training through the ACSM.

 

Ashton Borelli

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Ashton earned her degree in Sports and Exercise Studies from Cuyahoga County Community College. Her primary sport specialties include both Basketball and Olympic Lifting. She is a Certified Strength Coach through the National Council on Strength & Fitness and is passionate about teaching young athletes to build a sense of self-efficacy within themselves.

Emily Oswald

PERFORMANCE COACH

  • Emily earned her degree from Cleveland State and Ohio University in Exercise Science and Sports Management with a Masters in Nutrition. Emily was a multi-sport athlete competing in soccer, softball, bowling and golf. She is a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Performance Coach through The American Council of Exercise and a Nutrition Coach through DotFit and the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

Alyssa Wilson

Performance Coach

  • Alyssa attended Ohio University where she received her B.S. of Exercise Physiology in 2010. During her time at Ohio University, she played intramural volleyball and began distance running. She has completed four full marathons and over a dozen half-marathons. Alyssa attended Ashland University where she obtained her M.S. in Applied Exercise Science in 2021. She completed her internship for her master’s degree at T3 performance where she gained experience working with athletes of all ages. She is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA.

Sean Szabo

Performance Coach

  • Sean graduated from The Ohio State University in 2021, earning his bachelor’s degree in Education with a focus on sports management. Sean attended Allegheny College for one year as a member of the men’s basketball team before transferring to Ohio State. While at Ohio State, Sean volunteered with Special Olympics Ohio as an assistant basketball coach and participated in intramural basketball. Sean graduated from Elyria Catholic High School in 2017, earning 7 varsity letters in football, basketball, and track. He was named captain and broke the single season 3-point record his senior season while helping EC win 2 conference championships for the first time in 40 years.

Kyle Wallace

Performance Coach

  • Kyle graduated from Urbana University with a degree in Biology / Pre-physical Therapy. While attending UU, he was a 4-year letter winner for the Blue Knights football team. Kyle was selected as team captain and named a Capital One Academic All-American his senior season. Some other accolades from his time at Urbana include 3-time All-Conference center, 2-time Male Student-Athlete of the year, and Most Improved Player of the year.

    Kyle started coaching as a student-assistant OL / TE coach at Urbana following his senior season. After graduating, he accepted a graduate research/teaching assistantship at Wright State University. Kyle earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) in 2016. He started personal training in 2017 and has experience working with both teams and individual athletes. Kyle is certified in strength and conditioning (CSCS) with the NSCA.

Nick Petrolla

  • Nick graduated from Notre Dame College in 2021 with a major in Business Management and a minor in Entrepreneurship. Nick will earn a Masters in Business Administration in 2022. In his 2 years at Notre Dame College, Nick was a starter for the falcons Baseball team and racked up academic all conference honors both years. Prior to his time at Notre Dame College, Nick played two years of baseball at Mercyhurst Northeast, where he also earned academic all conference honors. He graduated from Poland Seminary High School in 2017 where he was a 3 year starter and captain on the football team in addition to being a 3 year starter and captain on the baseball team.

Trevor Morrison

Football Coach & Performance Coach

  • Trevor received his Bachelor of Science from John Carroll University (2019), is a certified personal trainer (CPT), is an FRC certified mobility specialist (FRCms), and is a defensive lineman skills coach. He has worked with a wide variety of athletes including - college football players, MMA fighters, marathon runners, bodybuilders, and police force members online and in person since 2019. Trevor played football at Mentor High School where he was a 3 year letter winner, all-conference, all-county, all-district, and won the 2014 defensive lineman of the year. He started his college career at Mercyhurst University, then finished his career at John Carroll where he was 2-year letter winner and part of a defensive line that led the entire NCAA in sacks(2018).
