mental performance training

Performing at the highest levels requires athletes to overcome barriers to optimal performance.

You may benefit from working with our mental performance coaches if you find yourself saying…

  • I don’t perform as well in games/competitions as I do in practices

  • My performance in “big” games/competitions drops compared to regular games/competitions

  • I have difficulty concentrating or frequently lose focus

  • I have difficulty recovering from setbacks

  • I’m coming back from an injury and don’t feel confident

  • I wish my performances were more consistent

  • I have a hard time dealing with my high-stress or high-risk occupation

Don’t just take our word for it, check out what the clients have to say about our Mental Performance Program:

“T3 Performance has not only allowed me to become the best physical athlete I can be, but through my mental training, I am a confident competitor. Molly has taken my game to another level, and I have learned how to deal and overcome anything that life may throw my way.”
“I have had almost no anxiety at my challenging practices. I am now in more control by utilizing my breathwork and muscle relaxation. My perspective is different. I see challenges as something that pushes me.”
“I feel more in control with my thoughts and feelings. I now know when these feelings come, and how I am able to better deal with them instead of just pushing them down and locking them away to come again later. I’ve been better at thinking about a response, instead of reacting. It’s helped me deal with stress and other things more easily, both on and off the baseball field.”
