Mike is a 2001 High School Football and Track and Field All-American. He played as a true freshman on Ohio State's National Championship football team. He is a High School Football Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete, and holds the AAU National Shot Put Record for the 15 to 16 age group. He is a three time state champion in shot-put and discus. In 2004, he was a starting linebacker at The Ohio State University. He is a 2012 Lorain County Hall of Fame Track and Field inductee. He has trained numerous college and professional athletes across multiple sports.
Director of Performance
Ryan is the Director of Performance at T3 Performance. He graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a degree in Exercise Physiology/Pre-Physical Therapy. While attending Concordia University Wisconsin, Ryan played hockey for the Falcons (NCAA Division III). After his collegiate playing career, Ryan went on to coach for Concordia as an assistant. Following his time at Concordia University, he obtained a Masters in Applied Exercise Science with a focus in Sports Nutrition. He is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as USA Weightlifting as a Sports Performance Coach.
Ryan has worked with a variety of athletes and sports from middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional levels. He has worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Parisi Speed School, Milwaukee Phoenix Hockey Club, OIC Elite Training, Germantown Ice Bears, Cleveland Gladiators, University of Mount Union, and T3 Performance.
Director of Corporate Wellness | Performance Coach
Eric was a 2-year letterman for Avon Lake High School Football, where he served as a team captain. He earned First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-District, as well as All-Lorain County. At the same time, he participated in area-wide powerlifting competitions, receiving top accolades. After high school, Eric was a top recruit for the University of Mount Union football team, where he went on to win multiple National Championships. Post College, Eric became a competitive distance runner and triathlete. He has been training youth and experienced athletes since 2009 at T3. In addition to his love for training athletes, Eric conducts Adult Bootcamps, has trained Bikini/Figure Competitors, and specializes in lower back Injuries.

James Graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Human Health and Kinetics and minors in Education and Psychology. At OWU, James was a 4-year starter for the baseball team, and 2-time All NCAC selection. During his freshman season, he was awarded the NCAC Newcomer of the Year award. James also played football at Ohio Wesleyan during his final semester, helping the team win their first conference championship in over 25 years. James spent two summers playing with the Ironmen in the Prospect league, earned a spot on the All-Star team, and was selected as the First Team All Prospect League Second Basemen. He graduated from Westlake High School in 2008 with a 3-time all SWC selection, and was named to the Mizuno All-Ohio team for baseball.
Jashuha graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree from Akron University along with an Associate in Sport & Fitness Management. He has a Personal Training Certification from NCSF, and certificates from Cooper Institute in Nutrition for Health and Fitness/ Providing Dietary Guidance, Health Conditions and Exercise, and Coaching Healthy Behaviors. Jashuha attended Midview High School where he played Football, Wrestled, and ran Cross Country as well as Track. He was a two-time Division 1 district qualifier in Wrestling. As he began his body-building career, he competed in NPC Men's Physique and finished 2nd as a National Qualifier. Additionally, he competed in OCB Bodybuilding 1st in Bantam weight and 1st in Novice. He has placed 2nd in the Summer Shredding Classic, 2nd in the WNBF Tri-State Classic, 1st place light weight in the North Coast Championships and 1st place in the NMA "Battle of the Great Lakes" where he earned his pro card now holding the title as a "Natural Professional Bodybuilder.".
Keith Wood has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in Athletic Training. He also earned his Master’s Degree in both Athletic Training and Sports Management from Kent State University. While at Kent State University, Keith was an athletic trainer for wrestling and football as part of his graduate assistantship. He currently works in sports medicine and is North Ridgeville High School’s athletic trainer. In his capacity, he is coordinator of athletic training, strength and conditioning programs for most varsity sports. Keith also works as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for groups that include youth, high school athletes, college athletes, adults, and the elderly.

JP graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He attended Westlake High School where he played Varsity Baseball. He has past experience coaching baseball and is a current T3 Rays baseball coach for the 15U team. JP is also a competitive power lifter for USAPL/USPA.
Performance Coach/ Football Instructor
Stevie is a 2017 Mount Union Graduate. He graduated with his bachelor degree in Exercise Science. He was a 3-year letterman of the Mount Union football team, the 2015 DIII National Champions. He was named to the 2017 National Football Foundation & College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society. Stevie began his career with T3 Performance as a college intern in 2016, where he has gained experience training athletes of all ages and skill levels. Stevie is currently a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Mount Union along with his training at T3, which includes teams, athletes, adults, personal training, speed training and football-specific training.
Performance Coach/ Football Instructor
Collin earned his bachelor's degree in Sports Broadcasting with a minor in Communications from Indiana University. He also played football at Indiana. Collin has his training certifications in A.C.E. and is also USAW certified. Collin has been a coach at T3 and has continued his education with T3 Performance over the past year. After Collin graduated in 2009 he played Professional Arena Football for 7 years. His last 3 seasons were spent with the Cleveland Gladiators, where he led the team in receiving yards over the course of those 3 years.
NIcole is a 2015 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University. At BWU, she participated in 3 years of cheerleading for basketball and football. She is currently a coach for the BWU Cheer Team. Nicole is a certified group fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise. She is also a Game Day Entertainment Team Member for both the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Morgan is a graduate of Cleveland State University, 2015-2019 with a Bachelor’s degree of Science in Education and majored in Exercise Science. He is a 2-year starter in college club baseball. He played baseball at Lakewood High School from 2011-2015 and was an honorable Mention, All South Western Conference. Morgan is currently a competitive power lifter. He also plays men’s adult softball in Lakewood.
Mike graduated from John Carroll University in 2019 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He played JCU Football as a fullback in 2017 and was an assistant strength/conditioning coach for JCU from 2017-2019. Mike went to Brookside High School where he participated in football, baseball and power lifting. He was in the USMC Artillery from 2011-2013 and is currently a paramedic.
Bob Beck has been a baseball coach since 1998. His travel teams have competed in top level tournaments from ages 8u to 18u. As a coach and private instructor, Coach Beck has instructed thousands of baseball players on the fundamentals of the game of baseball in regards to hitting, fielding, and throwing. His specialty is in the area of hitting. Coach Beck uses video analysis to break down his player’s swing mechanics using side-by-side comparisons with major league players.
Coach Beck has worked as a volunteer hitting instructor with the Avon Lake Shoremen varisty baseball team and has conducted video analysis with the Oberlin College baseball team. He also creates player profile YouTube videos for college baseball recruiting (see "T3-TV" above). A huge aspect of Coach Beck’s teaching philosophy is preparing players to deal with the mental aspect of the game, which is so important in order to be successful.

Ed has over 20 years of experience coaching and playing baseball. He graduated from St. Edward High School and Muskingum College, where he played both football and baseball. Ed was the 2006 National Semi Pro Baseball Association Coach of the Year, and his team was ranked pre-season #1 in the nation the following year by the NSPBA. He was also the head coach of 2 National Championship teams, including the 2006 and 2009 NABF World Series and NSPBA National Championship.
Wide Receiver for the Cleveland Gladiators, Arena Football League. Josiah played 4 years of football at Midview High School, which he graduated from in 2010. He also played 4 years of football at Baldwin Wallace University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education.
Logan attended Ohio Wesleyan University (2006-2009), where he was a 3 year starter in Baseball, NCAC All Conference/ All-Region shortstop, and the team leader in Batting average (.405), Hits (69), RBI (37), Doubles (18), Home Runs (5), Total Bases (92), Slugging % (.585), and Assists (148). Logan was also a 3 year varsity starter at St. Edward High School. He was awarded Multiple Offensive Player of the year award. Logan has over10 years of experience in coaching and private instruction experience from elementary to professional level. He coaches with an emphasis on advanced collegiate/professional technique and mental approach.
Jordan attended Wheeling Jesuit University, where he played 4 years of baseball as a shortstop and pitcher. He received All Northeast Ohio Conference honors as well as Mizuno All-Ohio Team Selection during his high school career. He has 3 years of college coaching experience at both Wheeling Jesuit University and Ashland University. Jordan was a first round draft pick of the Frontier League in 2014, he played with the Lake Erie Crushers as well as the Florence Freedom baseball teams between 2014 and 2016
Pete graduated from the University of Dayton in 2018 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. He completed Strength and Conditioning internships at the University of Dayton, University of North Florida, Cleveland State University and T3 Performance. Pete went to High School at Lutheran West in Rocky River. In 2014, he was named Male Athlete of the Year for his performance in Track & Field and Basketball.
Michael graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Business. He was a four-year letterman in football as a linebacker. He was also in the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame Hampshire Honor Society in 2019. Michael went to High School at Elyria High School, where he acheived all-county, all-conference and honorable mention all-state. In 2014, he was named Male Athlete of the Year for his performance in Track & Field and Basketball.
Max graduated from The Ohio State University. He was a three-year starter on the Track and Field team and Captain of the same Championship Team. He was a member of the #1 Nationally Ranked Shot Put Team, a two-time D1 NCAA East Regional Qualifier, a six-time Big Ten Championship qualifier, a four-time Scholar Athlete and a three-time Academic All Big Ten qualifier.
Alex has been a Track & Field Throws Coach at Avon Lake High School since 2015. He coached Girls Discus to the OHSAA State Tournament and helped Girls Shot Put and Discus become 2-time District Champions. He coached Boys Shot Put and Girls Shot Put and Discus to the SWC Conference Championships twice. Alex graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in 2004. He was a four-time NCAA DIII Championship Meet Competitor in Shot Put (3) & Discus (1).
Youth Football Director
Rob attended Otterbein College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education in 2003. He attended the University of Dayton for his Masters Degree in School Administration. He earned his Principal License at Ashland Univeristy. He played football at John Carroll University and Holy Name High School. Rob has 14 years of High School coaching experience with football. He was the Head Football Coach for Vermillion High School and the Defensive Coordinator for Rocky River High school from 2007-2011.
Matt graduated from State University of New York at Albany in 2015 with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a 3-year Major League Lacrosse Veteran, a current member of the Boston Cannons, a 4-year Letter Winner and a 3-time NCAA Tournament Participant. In college, Matt was awarded with the 2015 USILA Scholar All-American and 2015 America East All-Conference Team selection. In high school, he was awarded with 2011 US Lacrosse High School All-American, 2011 All-State Selection, 2011 OHSAA Scholar Athlete of the Year and 2010 & 2011 All-Region Selection.
Craig attended the University of Mount Union, Cleveland State University, Grand Canyon University and Concordia. He has 20 plus years of coaching all levels of baseball. He was the head coach at Notre Dame College and the Assistant Coach at Ithaca College, Oberlin College and Cleveland State. Craig has 12 years of coaching baseball at the college level.
Marybeth is a graduate of Cleveland State University where she earned her masters degree in Social Work. She graduated with her bachelor degree from Lake Erie College in 2008 where she played softball at third base and catcher. She was awarded with All-Conference and the Academic Athlete Award. At Trinity High School, she played 4 years of Varsity Softball, was named co-captain and MVP for 3 years.
Played for the New England Patriots for the 2015 agent. Multiple years of personal training of high school and college players. Was one of the top ranked quarterbacks in the state coming out of Cuyahoga Heights high school. Three-year starter at The University of Akron. Team Captain, finished career with 119 career catches for over 1500 yards in 27 games. Sixth all-time in career receptions.
Kevin started for Vienna Vikings Austrian League 2017, Team USA Int’l Fed. of Am. Football 2015, University of Mount Union NCAA D3 2012-2014, and St. Edward High School Ohio HS D1 2009-2010. Maddy graduated from Kent State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. While at Kent State, she played on the golf team where they won the MAC championship every year. Upon graduating, she worked as a performance coach with T3 before returning to school to get her Master’s Degree at Baylor University. During her time at Baylor, she interned with their athletic performance department, working primarily with women’s volleyball, women’s soccer, and softball. Maddy is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as Titleist Performance Institute as a Fitness Level 2 Instructor.
Zack is a graduate of Defiance College and currently attends Cleveland State University. Zack holds a bachelor’s degree in athletic training and is pursuing his doctorate of physical therapy at CSU. Zach played baseball at Defiance and Amherst Steele High School.

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales. He is a former newspaper publisher and president. He played college baseball at Lakeland Community College. He has coached 9 seasons of youth baseball with a 179-80 record for .691 winning percentage. 2017: 13U Avon Eagles, 20-9. Bay Village Independence tournament Runner-up. 10U T3 Rays, 25-6.
