Youth Training

Our youth program is designed to instill a solid base of athleticism and a hard work ethic in athletes age 7 to 11. T3's Youth Training program focuses on providing young athletes with:

  • A solid base of functional strength and speed

  • The fundamentals of athleticism

  • A higher level of performance, with the goal of becoming a more competitive athlete
