Mike Dunlavy

Mike has certifications in multiple areas of training including CrossFit Level 1 trainer (CF LV1), Personal Training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Pilates - 3rd Generation Joseph Pilates under Master Teacher, Juliet Kaska - JKzen PMA, Yoga by YogaWorks LA, and Mobility by Kelly Starrett. He has 20 years of experience working in the Los Angeles fitness industry. He was the fitness director for Ferrigno Fit (Lou Ferrigno "The Incredible Hulk"). Mike created and taught the ‘Incredibly Fit' 12-week full body workout system DVD series. He has been training and teaching many different disciplines of fitness to become a movement specialist. These disciplines include CrossFit, Yoga, Pilates, boxing and mobility. Mike is an extremely passionate, lifelong multi-sport athlete who loves to teach and share his knowledge of fitness and human movement.

Melissa Bentley

Melissa Bentley is a certified Spin and Group Fitness instructor. She has experience with Spinning, Boot Camp, TRX, HIIT, Circuit Training and Kettlebell. Melissa is an Associate Producer for Impact Communications full time and prides herself on her fun workout playlists! She is a mother of 3 young kids and loves running, biking and hiking in her free time. Motivating her fitness clients to achieve their milestones is one of her favorite parts of teaching.

Emily DiFilippo

Emily is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Toledo. Emily began her career as a Performance Coach with T3 in 2013 and has over 6 years of experience instructing adults in personal and group fitness. She teaches Spinning and Fit classes at T3 Performance.

Nicole DeAnna

Nicole is a 2015 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University. At BWU, she participated in 3 years of cheerleading for basketball and football. She is currently a coach for the BWU Cheer Team. Nicole is a certified group fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise. She is also a Game Day Entertainment Team Member for both the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Josie Miller

Josie Miller graduated from John Carroll University in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a minor in business. Prior to college, Josie played tennis at Magnificat High School for 4 years, and she was the captain of her team during her senior year. She trained at T3 Performance from 2008-2013 in order to take her tennis career to the next level. Josie went on to play tennis at John Carroll University for three years. After ending her tennis career, Josie discovered yoga to be an important part of her athletic routine. She received her RYT- 200 certification from the Carrie Treister School of Yoga in 2018.

Laura Kerwin

Laura is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Certified Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT-200). Her business, Vibe Health, educates and empowers clients to live their best life by revealing how nutrition, fitness and mindset come together to deliver one’s unique path to vibrant health. Her education in psychology, years on the corporate treadmill and deep interest in human performance and longevity helped to shape her style of coaching. Her yoga classes cover all the bases - grounding, uplifting, sweaty and centering.  Laura Teaches Yoga at T3 Performance as a part of T3 Fit.

James DiBiasio

Adult Fitness Director

James teaches the Adult T3 Fit Classes, and coaches T3's Adult Barbell classes.  James has been working with adults and athletes to help achieve their goals for over 5 years.   During this time James has worked with Olympic weightlifters, bikini competitors, golfers, combat athletes, professional baseball and football players.  James applies training methods from all of these different areas to help adults and athletes reach new levels of fitness and performance

Jashuha Ayers

Jashuha graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree from Akron University and he is currently attending LCCC for Sport Management. He has a Personal Training Certification from NCSF, and Certificates from Cooper Institute in Nutrition for Health and Fitness/ Providing Dietary Guidance, Health Conditions and Exercise, and Coaching Healthy Behaviors. Jash attended Midview High School where he played Football, Wrestled, and ran Cross Country as well as Track. He was a two-time Division 1 district qualifier in Track. As he began his body-building career, he competed in NPC Men's Physique and finished 2nd as a National Qualifier. Additionally, he competed in OCB Bodybuilding 1st in Bantam weight and 1st in Novice.

Caila Ferro

Caila earned her B.S.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from Cleveland State University in 2014. Shortly after, she obtained her USA Weightlifting Certification from the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While studying at CSU, Caila interned with the Cleveland State University Strength and Conditioning program and played on the varsity softball team. She was on the 2010 Big League World Series Championship team playing center field and representing the Central Region of the US. Caila was a 4-year letter earner in high school softball, 3-year letter earner in high school basketball, and also volunteered as a snowboard and ski Instructor for the Special Olympics for 3 years.
