Olympic Lifting is a proven method in sports performance, and is utilized in most high schools lifting programs. T3 has 4 USAW certified sports performance coaches that will help your athletes improve their technique ensuring that your are getting the most out of your lifting programs. We will cover, Snatch, Clean and Jerk, Squat and Deadlift techniques. All lifting will be age appropriate and executed safely under close supervision.
