T3 Owner | Football Coach
Mike is a 2001 High School Football and Track and Field All-American. He played as a true freshman on Ohio Stat's National Championship football team. He is a High School Football Hall of Fame Scholar Athlete, and holds the AAU National Shot Put Record for the 15 to 16 age group. He is a three time state champion in shot-put and discus. In 2004, he was a starting linebacker at The Ohio State University. He is a 2012 Lorain County Hall of Fame Track and Field inductee. He has trained numerous college and professional athletes across multiple sports.

Marty is a 1997 graduate of North Olmsted High School. As a college freshman, he played baseball at Baldwin Wallace, where he was named "Freshman of the Year". He graduated from Bowling Green State University with a degree in Exercise Science in 2001, and went on to receive his Master's Degree in Exercise Science from Cleveland State University. He has coached youth basketball for over 10 years and was an Assistant Baseball Coach at Notre Dame College from 2004-2005. He has been a sports performance coach since 2002, having worked with athletes in the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Professional Lacrosse, and the NCAA (football, baseball, basketball, tennis, softball, golf, soccer, swimming).

Caila earned her B.S.Ed. in Exercise Physiology from Cleveland State University in 2014. Shortly after, she obtained her USA Weightlifting Certification from the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. While studying at CSU, Caila interned with the Cleveland State University Strength and Conditioning program and played on the varsity softball team. She was on the 2010 Big League World Series Championship team playing center field and representing the Central Region of the US. Caila was a 4-year letter earner in high school softball, 3-year letter earner in high school basketball, and also volunteered as a snowboard and ski Instructor for the Special Olympics for 3 years.

Eric was a 2-year letterman for Avon Lake High School Football, where he served as a team captain. He earned First Team All-Conference, Second Team All-District, as well as All-Lorain County. At the same time, he participated in area-wide powerlifting competitions, receiving top accolades. After high school, Eric was a top recruit for the University of Mount Union football team, where he went on to win multiple National Championships. Post College, Eric became a competitive distance runner and triathlete. He has been training youth and experienced athletes since 2009 at T3. In addition to his love for training athletes, Eric conducts Adult Bootcamps, has trained Bikini/Figure Competitors, and specializes in lower back Injuries.

James Graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Human Health and Kinetics and minors in Education and Psychology. At OWU, James was a 4-year starter for the baseball team, and 2-time All NCAC selection. During his freshman season, he was awarded the NCAC Newcomer of the Year award. James also played football at Ohio Wesleyan during his final semester, helping the team win their first conference championship in over 25 years. James spent two summers playing with the Ironmen in the Prospect league, earned a spot on the All-Star team, and was selected as the First Team All Prospect League Second Basemen. He graduated from Westlake High School in 2008 with a 3-time all SWC selection, and was named to the Mizuno All-Ohio team for baseball.
Jashuha graduated with a Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree from Akron University and he is currently attending LCCC for Sport Management. He has a Personal Training Certification from NCSF, and Certificates from Cooper Institute in Nutrition for Health and Fitness/ Providing Dietary Guidance, Health Conditions and Exercise, and Coaching Healthy Behaviors. Jash attended Midview High School where he played Football, Wrestled, and ran Cross Country as well as Track. He was a two-time Division 1 district qualifier in Track. As he began his body-building career, he competed in NPC Men's Physique and finished 2nd as a National Qualifier. Additionally, he competed in OCB Bodybuilding 1st in Bantam weight and 1st in Novice.
Keith Wood has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in Athletic Training. He also earned his Master’s Degree in both Athletic Training and Sports Management from Kent State University. While at Kent State University, Keith was an athletic trainer for wrestling and football as part of his graduate assistantship. He currently works in sports medicine and is North Ridgeville High School’s athletic trainer. In his capacity, he is coordinator of athletic training, strength and conditioning programs for most varsity sports. Keith also works as a strength and conditioning coach and personal trainer for groups that include youth, high school athletes, college athletes, adults, and the elderly.

Ryan graduated from Concordia University Wisconsin with a degree in Exercise Physiology/Pre-Physical Therapy. While attending Concordia University Wisconsin, Ryan played hockey for the Falcons (NCAA Division III). Prior to his collegiate hockey career, Ryan played Junior A hockey for the Toledo Cherokee and the Troy Eagles. After his collegiate playing career, Ryan went on to coach for Concordia as an assistant. Prior to relocating to Cleveland, Ryan worked as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for Parisi Speed School, Milwaukee Phoenix AAA Hockey, OIC Elite Training, and the Germantown Ice Bears.
JP graduated from Cleveland State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. He attended Westlake High School where he played Varsity Baseball. He has past experience coaching baseball and is a current T3 Rays baseball coach for the 15U team. JP is also a competitive power lifter for USAPL/USPA.
NIcole is a 2015 graduate of Baldwin Wallace University. At BWU, she participated in 3 years of cheerleading for basketball and football. She is currently a coach for the BWU Cheer Team. Nicole is a certified group fitness instructor by the American Council on Exercise. She is also a Game Day Entertainment Team Member for both the Cleveland Indians and the Cleveland Cavaliers.
Bob Beck has been a baseball coach since 1998. His travel teams have competed in top level tournaments from ages 8u to 18u. As a coach and private instructor, Coach Beck has instructed thousands of baseball players on the fundamentals of the game of baseball in regards to hitting, fielding, and throwing. His specialty is in the area of hitting. Coach Beck uses video analysis to break down his player’s swing mechanics using side-by-side comparisons with major league players.
Coach Beck has worked as a volunteer hitting instructor with the Avon Lake Shoremen varisty baseball team and has conducted video analysis with the Oberlin College baseball team. He also creates player profile YouTube videos for college baseball recruiting (see "T3-TV" above). A huge aspect of Coach Beck’s teaching philosophy is preparing players to deal with the mental aspect of the game, which is so important in order to be successful.

Ed has over 20 years of experience coaching and playing baseball. He graduated from St. Edward High School and Muskingum College, where he played both football and baseball. Ed was the 2006 National Semi Pro Baseball Association Coach of the Year, and his team was ranked pre-season #1 in the nation the following year by the NSPBA. He was also the head coach of 2 National Championship teams, including the 2006 and 2009 NABF World Series and NSPBA National Championship.
Clint Nageotte played 11 years of professional baseball and was a 5th round selection of the Seattle Mariners in 1999. He was awarded with the honor of being named the 1999 Ohio High School Player of the Year from Brooklyn High School in addition to being a two-time All-State Basketball player. Nageotte was named to 5 minor league all-star teams, played in the 2003 Futures Game, and led all of Minor League Baseball in strikeouts in 2002. He was invited to six Major League spring trainings with the Mariners and Mets and played 3 seasons in the majors.
Erica graduated from Cleveland State University in 2016 as an Exercise Fitness Specialist with a minor in Sport Management. At Cleveland State, she played softball and she was the first player in CSU history to earn all-league honors in all four years. She is certified in CPR/AED and currently studying for her personal training certification.
Wide Receiver for the Cleveland Gladiators, Arena Football League. Josiah played 4 years of football at Midview High School, which he graduated from in 2010. He also played 4 years of football at Baldwin Wallace University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education.
Logan attended Ohio Wesleyan University (2006-2009), where he was a 3 year starter in Baseball, NCAC All Conference/ All-Region shortstop, and the team leader in Batting average (.405), Hits (69), RBI (37), Doubles (18), Home Runs (5), Total Bases (92), Slugging % (.585), and Assists (148). Logan was also a 3 year varsity starter at St. Edward High School. He was awarded Multiple Offensive Player of the year award. Logan has over10 years of experience in coaching and private instruction experience from elementary to professional level. He coaches with an emphasis on advanced collegiate/professional technique and mental approach.
Assistant Head Coach/ Defensive Coordinator for the Cleveland Gladiators Arena Football Team. Selesky began his Arena Football coaching career in 1997. He played collage football at North Central College and went on to play with the NFL's Minnesota Vikings in 1987 and attended training camps for other NFL teams between 1988 and 1992.
Jordan attended Wheeling Jesuit University, where he played 4 years of baseball as a shortstop and pitcher. He received All Northeast Ohio Conference honors as well as Mizuno All-Ohio Team Selection during his high school career. He has 3 years of college coaching experience at both Wheeling Jesuit University and Ashland University. Jordan was a first round draft pick of the Frontier League in 2014, he played with the Lake Erie Crushers as well as the Florence Freedom baseball teams between 2014 and 2016

Jeff has over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales. He is a former newspaper publisher and president. He played college baseball at Lakeland Community College and has experience coaching youth baseball with the 9U & 10U Avon Crushers (2013 & 2014), 8U T3 Rays (2014-2015), 11U Avon Eagles (2015), and 9U T3 Rays and 12U Avon Eagles (2016).
